The interview process was fast, straightforward, manageable (although not easy), and thorough. The team asked pointed questions to learn more about what I had done before, whether or not I could think on my feet, and tease out how I could come in and add value. I had ~10 interviews from start to finish, including with much of the leadership team in the org I was looking at.
