(Yes, a whole lot for an entry-level role)
The first person that interviewed be was an entry-level representative. Durring our interview, they would say things like: "I wouldnt answer my question like that, I would answer like..." and "Well, we do things like _____ here, not like that" whenever I would answer a question pertaining to the current rules and methods in place at my current place of employmnt. Being that this individual was an entry-level associate, they did not know how to interview or properly formulate thier questions. It felt like they wanted to trip me up. This intervewer ruined my confidence and interview skills for the next 3 people I was to meet with that afternoon. The last onsite is definitely a "Cultural Fit" interview, better known as the "Would this person be someone I want to drink with?" interview.
