The process started with a recruiter phone screen. After passing that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I was brought into the Affirm offices for an onsite interview day that included 5 interviews including: an interview with leaders from the sales team I would serve in this role, another conversation with the manager focused around allowing me to ask any additional questions, and a lunch with someone from the team).
