Post phone screen, there were two onsite interviews with two product managers per interview. The first was a case study prompt. The second was more behavioral about your current experience. There wasn't much collaboration during the case study and it was a bit strange b/c the second PM there was just shadowing and you were to pretend they weren't there.
Didn't hear back for a few weeks and emailed the recruiter who just sent an auto-rejection 10 minutes later.
I just finished the 30 min HM interview - all behavioral. I was asked to describe one project in details and was asked several follow-up questions to discuss deeper. overall good experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Affirm (Michigan City, MS) in Jul 2024
Interview
One call with an internal recruiter where I was asked to go over each experience in my resume one at a time.
I had applied over 5 months before I got this interview invite but the person I spoke with did not seem to know the exact role I had applied for.
The call also seemed like a routine call just to cover the basics and I was told that the notes would be passed to the hiring team.
Straight forward interview with the process being laid out for you by the recruiter in the first call. Very thorough. Talk through your relevant experience and any pertinent questions. Not much more to say.
