Applied and received call from recruiter 7 days after application. Initial phone interview scheduled with recruiter; second phone interview scheduled with hiring manager 4 days later. Next day received generic rejection email.

No targeted questions - more of a personality/culture fit interview.
I feel led on by the recruiter who kept saying positive things about my interview performance just to give the role to someone else. The sheer volume of interviews I completed was outrageous for what the role is.

Second round - system design with a staff engineer. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive and condescending. I knew in the first 5 mins that I will not be going to next round.
