I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Affirm (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
The most transparent. efficient. and effective interview process I've ever experienced.
The recruiter scheduled an initial phone screen. After the initial phone screen, she advised that she'd be moving me forward and scheduled a second interview. I received the meeting invite that day.
After the second interview, I was advised that I would move forward to the panel interview. The panel interview was scheduled less than a week after the second phone screen.
The panel interview was organized, and every person who interviewed me was upbeat and engaging. The questions were industry specific, and the behavioral questions were thought-provoking.
