      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2026

      6am Teams interview -- as was last available time slot for next day last minute time option on different time zone. Got an email invitation the night before to the teams interview for the next day from a "Contractor", with three different "Contractor's" names on it. Turns out they were not even the ones interviewing me, so, I do not know what that was all about. Interview was two people. Like good cop, bad cop, one did most of talking while other one just stared, Eventually, other one said a few things and commenced with question asking. I did alot of the talking and questioning as well, and the interviewer who did the most talking was mostly just talking about what the role and the company were all about.

      When Did your last position end? Any other roles or positions you are currently interviewing for? When you are not busy working what do you like to do in your spare time? What had you most attracted to us or this position? Do you have any planned time off within the first 90 days of training /of the start date? Did you have remote work experience previously? I want to hear from you--What would you consider a great training experience to be? What are your training expectations? What interests you in working in the Call center field?
