More like a sales pitch to try to make Aflac sound like the greatest company. They will ask minimal questions, as they just want to hire as many people as possible to get at least one person to maybe kind of succeed.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.
