There was a group informational call about the process of becoming an insurance agent, licensure requirements, and first-year expectations for the role. There were about four of us in the call. It was opened for questions at the end, and the host said he would review our resumes and get back to us.

There weren't any questions. We were allowed to ask questions, but the host only reviewed our resumes.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
