Interview
Over the phone , the person I spoke with was actually nice and very professional. He didn't cut any corners , and was straightforward with everything. Benefits were a great part in the job. The only reason why I didn't stay was because I need something with base pay. If they had a base salary and commissions this job would be great!
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
