I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Grand Rapids, MI) in Sep 2012
Interview
Absolute cattle call. Everyone was lined up in a conference room with some Aflac Regional Manager. The joke was on him, though, because "everyone" turned out to be only two people. The other person left when he took a break to answer a phone call saying, I need a job that pays me. I should have listened to her!

Why wouldn't you want to work at a company where you had unlimited earning potental?
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
