Interview
About an hour long interview, comfortable environment and setting, no hypothetical questions, and a very casual conversation. It was more like talking to a friend than being in a nerve-racking interview.
The interview process was easy. They go through slides that tell you about the company and then ask a few basic questions. They also ask you what you know about the company.
Very professional, began with a phone call and full explanation of why the call took place and why they saw it would be a good fit for the position/firm. 2nd interview was in person, and likewise was well plan, explained, and executed.
