It wasn't necessarily an interview. It actually seemed like he was trying to persuade me to come on boarder rather than me trying to convince him I'm good enough. They are going to really lather and butter you up with the good info about the company so when it came down to "Do you have any questions" I asked about the negatives and if there was an opportunity for growth within the company. So to me it's easy to get in but it sounds like once you are in and it comes to making money, it will be a little bit of a struggle. I haven't started yet so we'll see
The first interview was more of a general info session that lasts about 50 minutes or so. Still waiting for the second interview, but people there were friendly and nice overall

I applied through my university's career website and then received a phone call to set up an in-person interview in their Fairfax, VA office. The interview was extremely easy, I was asked to talk about myself and then was given information about the internship and was given an offer on the spot.
