I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aflac (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Sep 2017
Interview
I only attended part 1. It wasn't an interview. It was a group informational session where we were told about the history of Aflac and what it would be like to work for the company.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
