Hiring manager and her sister scheduled Webex meeting. When call took place two other interview candidates were on the call. Hiring manager provided overview of the position and indicated afterwards If you want to be considered answer the following and email to her and her sister:
1. What did you hear today that intrigued you, excited you, what perked your ears up and what do you need to hear more about?
2. What did you hear that we are looking for and how do you fit that picture?
SALARY: To be hired you will have to pay for your own background check and fingerprints, Temporary insurance license, study program of $190.00 of front then when you pass your insurance exam then another $70 to be hired. Then it is totally commission based.
In other words send why we should hire you in an email to us after this call and tell us what you heard. You will need to pay us $260 up front to us to be considered to conduct your background check and fingerprints and to get your insurance license. Good companies or hiring managers pay for these things and does not ask the employee to do so. The benefits advisor role is 100% sales and cold calls.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
