The interview process happens in two sessions:
1. Interview with just the Regional Sales Manager (RSC) and the District Sales Coordinator DSC). In this interview, the RSC and the DSC ask you common interview questions as they pertain to sales and general interview questions. They will also present to you more about the Benefits Advisor role and what is needed to be successful.
2. In the second and final interview (should you make it to this stage), the RSC and DSC ask that a spouse/partner/or a loved one joins. This is because taking on a commission based position requires support for the peaks and valleys of the nature of the job.
If these two interviews go well, the RSC and DSC will take a day or two to decide and will give you a time of when they will make their final decision, At that point, they will offer you the position or tell you that you have not been chosen.

Why are you interested in becoming an Aflac Benefits Advisor?
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
