Agero Financial Analyst interview questions

At the end of the interview, I had a feeling that the interviewer had made up their mind about me before our call. I also developed suspicion that they had mixed up the role for which I applied and for which they were interviewing me: they asked whether I am proficient with 3 pieces of software whereas the job description required knowledge (not proficiency) of 2 of them. When I said that I am not proficient, they said Agero won't be moving forward since proficiency is required in this senior role. That was surprising since the role was not advertised as senior. Left a sour taste in my mouth.
