The employer did not want to much in the way of technical knowledge, but instead was more concerned whether or not I had the "passion/drive" to take on the challenge. Also, it appeared that they were not interested in what type of degree you had, or any previous experience. Very high level comments on equipment maintenance and workflow re-design.
