I applied for the internship (Agfa Graphics Discovery Program) in their website and they contacted me after 3 weeks. We scheduled a telephonic interview with an HR recruiter. The interview was quite easy with questions such as why are you interested in working in Agfa? Why in Belgium? After the first interview I was offered a project and I had to do another interview with the project leader discussing some technical aspects.
