Interview
The first interview was with HR and went well. I then had a panel interview with three individuals. The conversation flowed and I thought the interview went great. Asked if there were any concerns and they said no and told me their next steps of the process should I be selected. A couple days later received an email saying they went in a different direction and then the job was reposted by a recruiting agency. No feedback, no suggestions, nothing. Also saw someone else had interviewed for the same position a month ago. No feedback there either. Not sure what they are looking for.
