I was asked to fill out a questionaire after applying and to email the answers. Then I was called for an on the spot telephone interview that went well. The next step was an in person interview in which there were 4 other candidates interviewing. I assumed there was more than one position open, but apparently not. We were led into a conference room and given a presentation by a manager. A tour followed and we saw the different production areas. We were led back to the conference room to fill out another questionaire, and interrupted during that process to be called into rooms by individual managers.
