Interview
I submitted my resume to the company and heard from the local office before I did HR. HR required I fill out a questionnaire on leadership styles. The onsite interview took place before the HR initial phone interview. I did not get the job based on the fact that I never heard back from them.

Interview
Combination phone/in-person interviews. In-house HR rep was extremely helpful and always prompt in responding and scheduling. HR coached me as candidate for the role and followed up after every interview. I had another offer and HR let me know they could not make an offer at the same time. Overall exemplary job candidate experience and I would definitely consider Agilent in the future or recommend to a friend.
