after applying in January 2020, HR contacted me within few weeks to discuss about the position. We had 3 interview rounds - HR intro ---> Technical telefonic ----> on-site with three levels of hierarchy. In the last round in March 2020, I was asked to prepare a 15-20 min presentation on some questions given to me beforehand. and then COVID game started with full speed, all contracts were put on hold. My hiring managers and HRs were super nice. Even though they had to pull back the contract offer, they kept in touch with me, in case there is any possibility to make the offer again. Offer was made again in June and i am joining in July. So, ideally the process took 3 months, and with Covid 7 months. All the interviews were very friendly , focussed on behavioural questions and my general personality.
