Interview included an initial screening by phone with the hiring manager who worked at a different site; then 4 interviews of 1 hour each at the site where the job was posted. This was a special knowledge-based position that relied more on specific regulatory knowledge instead of general analytical skills. Most engineering interviews in this company would have had far more analytical questions base on my experience as a hiring manager.
