I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2024
Interview
Atrocious.
1. Round: First, you attend a video interview with someone with Greece, who clearly haven't read your material and just reads up from a manuscript.
2. Round: Then you attend an on-site interview, where most of the time is spent on hearing about the company's open-minded, transparent, bla, bla, bla wellbeing values.
3. Round: Here you are introduced to the literal directors of your department, who hasn't read your material either and asks mostly redundant and benign questions while bouncing off any questions related to the company's recent mass-firing of employees and sudden focus on contracted workers.
At the end of the 3. round, you're suddenly asked to stand at the whiteboard and sketch a diagram and answers to questions that are not-at-all relevant to the role, with no preparation or forewarning, infront of them - Despite them having sent you several mails, explaining the rest of the interview process in great detail, including their focus on open-ness and transparency, which was apparently A LIE.
2 Weeks go by and I did not hear from them, contacted them myself to hear that they already hired somebody else, and due to vacations 'forgot' to email me the rejection...-Which turned out to be a standard rejection letter, after THREE ROUNDS, they didn't even bother writing actual feedback. Do not waste your time with this company. Especially if you're new on the jobmarket, it's bound to be a terrible, if not traumatic interviewing experience.
