I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Agiliti (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online for 6 -7 different positions. Automatic reject letter en mass for every single position. Sent email asking why when I was over qualified for position. Heard back with an offer for screening, had to wait for school schedule - since I had applied a month before and never heard back. 2 weeks later I send an email asking for consideration should another position open up (which 3 did online) as well as a new position that was different. Got an automatic rejection letter again.
Mind you this job just wants a high school diploma and my resume reflects I have a BS and 6 years of medical experience, including direct patient care, as well as biomedical technician training in progress.
Overqualified for position yet can't even get my foot in the door. Something's up. I'm going to try to apply as a male name and see if I get offered an interview.
