Was referred in. Spoke to the recruiter. Then supervisor and territory manager. Recruiter did a decent job explaining company benefits and basic job function. The interview was done via Zoom. It went by pretty quick. Was told the non compete contract may deny me the position. Despite the interviewer telling me I would hear back within a week. I had to follow up a month later. Learned I was rejected. A special thing to note if you apply is non compete contracts are voided in California and Oklahoma.
