I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agiliti (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2015
Interview
I found the job online on Indeed and I was very interested in the job description. I applied online and in about two days later I was contacted by the director of staffing by phone. Right then and there I had my 20 minute phone screen, and I was really pleased with the staffing director and how easy it was to talk to her over the phone. Then I was called in for an on site interview with the hiring manager. That went well, then I had a Skype interview with another employee several days later. I continued to hear great feedback from the hiring manager and the staffing director through the process, and this continued to peak my interest in UHS. Then I interviewed with the CHRO, and that interview went well too. About a week after that interview I received an offer from the company. The offer came exactly 3 weeks after my first phone screen with the company, and the offer actually came in higher than the salary that I was previously making. I also received another offer and ended up accepting the other offer, but I am confident that if I was not offered a job from the other company, I would have accepted and enjoyed my work at UHS. The interview process was clear, and I truly believed that I would be working with a great group of people at UHS.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Agiliti (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
The posting had just been pulled down when I went to submit an application. Through some professional connections I was able to reach the hiring manager, who put the post up again for a day specifically so I could apply through proper channels.
