Three different interview. An initial interview with a Coordinator, a second with a Manager, and a third with a panel of peers. I was also introduced to a director and the possibility of being hired directly into management was discussed but that fell through.

First you will have an over the phone interview. This is usually just screening your willingness for background checks, drug tests, and any other possible conflicts. Then you are scheduled an in person interview at the cite of the location. You will tour the location. This one is more traditional interview. Be sure to dress business casual and wear comfortable shoes.
