Unorganized. Met with a CSS for an interview and the interviewer was late for the meeting. Once we finally sat down to conduct the interview it was very unprofessional. During the meeting this person was speaking to a coworker off and on. The interviewer clearly wasn't invested in allowing me to have the time I deserved.
