Very easy, professional but laid back! Reliability and a good work ethic are key and it’s a lot of what they look for. Dress was professional but casual, nothing too crazy. You don’t really need previous experience but you could potentially make more if you did.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Agiliti (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Smooth process and really professional. Mostly in need of person to take position, everything else is an on the job training. Not a difficult position. Perfect for a current college student, maybe even recent college grad. Pay is not great, and you will take years to move up, definitely not a pay to succeed in life.
