The interview process was very thorough and engaging. I gave a 45 minute presentation with Q&A followed by meeting with individuals in a 1:1 or 2:1 setting for further questioning about the presentation, my experience, and areas of expertise. I very much enjoyed all of the interactions that I had with the interviewers. The questions were thoughtful and fair. It was clear that all of the people that I met enjoyed working there and that there was a common theme of teamwork. They explained that the working environment was very positive, productive, and that forging relationships outside your area of expertise was encouraged. I have been working here for 3 weeks and it is everything that I expected. The teamwork and interaction is exactly what I was looking for, and it is really a great place to work with many opportunities for success and career growth.
