First interview was the weeding interview by the HR person. Then the next level was typical virtual interview environment. Manager(s) from the company. Get prepared for the usually uncreative canned questions.

Basic canned questions that smaller companies like this use. How do you handle difficult situation? What do you do if you don’t get a response from someone? Your greatest accomplishment? And the dreaded totally over asked and outdated… Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The whole process was friendly and more like a conversation rather than an Interview. Overall the process was excellent. We had conversations back and forth and shared some thoughts about my future career outlook.
