At their office I was interviewed by their Managing Director (Tracy D'Cruz) & Cargo Director (Shahvez Jafary). Right from the onset Shahvez's tone was condescending and Tracy on the other hand was warm and friendly. The first set of questions were about my past and recent work experience (overseas work experience). Shahvez was cynical about my experience and reasons for heading back to India. Questioning my credentials is one thing and lying blatantly to me is another. He lied that he knew the Director (A Chinese man, living in Australia) of my previous organisation and had met (I didn't think he would lie and found out only later when I called up my ex-boss to confirm). I assume, he must have checked my Linkedin profile and must have gathered all the information. I'm both academically and professionally qualified and it's such a shame the way I was treated by Shahvez and his tone and arrogance only worsened as the interview progressed. I WOULDN'T EVER recommend anyone to work or attend an interview at any organisation wherein the interviewer uses demeaning means to check the credential and credibility of an individual.
