The interview process was very easy and efficent. After intial contact I had a Skype interview which was conceinant for me as I was working at the time and mean't I didnt have to take any time off at short notice. When you first attend a face to face interview you are shown around the building and get a real feel for the infrasture of the company. I felt as though the questions were mainly directed towards me and how I deal with various situations and where you see yourself fitting into the organisation. The final stage was a half day which I found very useful. This cemeneted in my mind that it was the right role for me and it gave me an opportunity to meet my potential co-workers.
