The interview process was smooth and straight forward. The first stage was on the phone with HR where they asked a series of simple questions in order to gauge if I was right for the role. The recruiter was polite, and friendly. She then invited me through to the first stage of face to face interviews. On the day of the interview she even called me to ask me how I was feeling and would meet me before hand for a chat and a coffee. The interview was great and they asked some great questions, I had never felt more comfortable in an interview before. Even after the interview she called me and asked how it went almost like a de-brief and said she'd be in touch the next day. She rang me prompt and early and asked me when I could come in again next for the last stage. I was slightly busy the rest of that week so she booked it around my schedule. Again she met me before the interview again and this made me so comfortable. The next day she rang me with the offer. I've never been interviewed by a company who are so prompt and helpful with the process. There was about a 3 week turn around before I started and I was re-locating. She even called to ask how I was getting on finding a place and if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact her. The interview process was around 2 weeks because I lived far away it was the travelling that made it difficult but they were very accommodating. The whole process what friendly and honestly a great insight into the company.
