Very extensive process. One of the most challenging interview processes I have ever encountered. 2 months in total, started with a quick 15 minute phone interview, a logic assessment, motivation assessment, video interview, to then get an in person interview. I originally applied for the private jets charter role. Instead they thought I was a better fit for the commerical jets role. I then had a meeting with future mentor about the role. To then be informed I would have not only a year's long worth of training. With no ability to make commission until 6 months in. I would need to spend 2 separate months in London and New York. To only be given a training schedule very last minute. I was offered the position. When, I then counter offered for a higher base salary, the offer was then revoked, and I was informed they wanted to move in a different direction.
