I applied for a job posting that matched my qualifications in all requirements. A week later, I received a rejection email. Upon checking the job title, I noticed it had slightly changed, which made me think it wasn’t the same position I initially applied for. After comparing the opening I applied for with the one they supposedly rejected me from, it turned out they had reposted the job with a slightly altered description. While I understand business needs, there seems to be a lack of respect for candidates who invest time in applying. If this is how they handle applicants, I can only imagine what it would be like working there.
