Submitted an online application with resume, then received an initial phone interview with an HR assistant to determine if job is a good fit for me as well as if I was a good fit for them. The HR assistant was incredibly rude and argumentative because she didn't listen well. Created a negative first impression of the company - why would I want to work with a company who services "high dollar clients" if their HR can't even have a professional conversation? Even so, I was moved forward and then asked to complete (3) online assessments: 1) AI/Webcam interview, 2) a personality assessment, 3) an 1hr skills assessment. The personality assessment was pretty standard and the skills assessment was very logic based and math based. You'll need to discern answers from clues (EX: Emma can meet at 2 PM or 3 PM. Liam is only free at 3 PM. Noah can only meet after Liam. What is the earliest time Noah can meet?) (EX: company budgeted $73,000 for project x and y. the actual spending was $73,000. the acutal spending of project x was 60% over budget and spending for project y used only 80% of budget. What are the dollar numbers?) NOTE: When doing the Webcam/AI inteview - it was about 4 questions, you are given time to prep for them (about 2min per question) and then your answer is recorded. You may not play back your answer and you may not edit it or re-record. One and done. After completing and passing those, I received a zoom interview with direct hiring team. Again, I was shocked this company works with "high dollar clients" because I actually have and I know the standards that are typically expected within high-dollar environments, so tell me why the main hiring manager 1) Was wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants 2) Got on the zoom without her webcam being set up (had to adjust and focus before we could start) 3) When she got on the zoom was exasperated, noticeably frustrated by her job, and even complained about having a busy day, then rudely said after complaining said well I guess let's get started. Also just like my initial interview with HR, this hiring manager did not listen well, was impatient, and judgmental. I had ZERO interest in this job after seeing the lack of professionalism was consistent in their hiring team. If I were you - don't even apply. They are clearly looking for people who they can abuse with excessive work loads and lack of pay. Do not agree to a 24hr job for only 60k base and then after your trained and licensed you have to build your own book of business. Their expectations are not for well established professionals because people with serious experience can spot their tactic from a mile away. If you are a newly graduated college student or fresh into sales - don't be tempted by their offers of glitz and glam. This will be a toxic job that sucks your energy - you deserve better! <3
