Short screening call and after they send you a link with lots and lots of test, ridiculous tests and not relevant to the job. If you pass the test you have a couple more interviews, assessment day, a 3rd interview and final assessment. It’s just a joke their hiring process and the amount of stress that you have to go through.

We actually had SHL come in and do an external consultation on our roles and the selection process and the Ability Test very much is relevant to the role. We are sorry you didnt enjoy your experience, however we believe our robust recruitment process plays a huge role in our low levels of attrition.
