Screening Call about 30 minutes with the office manager
Assessment for personality and aptitude 30 minutes per test. The aptitude test was a little hard but not meant to get all of them right

many time applied the post different destination but not even move the application second interview once application done within one day will get mail for not selected the post i don't know the reason because in sales i have arround 8+ years experiance and moreover i like to do my job as a passion but these people not interested to appoint the eligible people and talented people so fed up with this company and moreover i referred many my friends everyone same situation so this is my valuable feedback. my subjection is while posting vacancy please mention the eligible criteria try to avoid doing partiality
