I applied for a part time position and was convinced by the recruiter to apply for another base full time just to find out the position was filled internally a couple days later. Finished the process for the PT and had to email multiple times to get any update. Recruiter apologized. No offer was given which I understand someone was probably more qualified, but better comms would have been appreciated.
