I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Air Methods
Interview
By far the worst interview process I've ever gone through. Nothing was organized or well put together. First you take a critical care test online which is practically impossible to study for. You're proctored during the exam so you have no references at all. If you pass that, then you get scheduled for a zoom clinical interview. I waited 10 days to get put on the schedule and only one person showed up for it. The clinical interview puts you through three major scenarios that set you up for failure from the get go. I can tell you to know your algorithms but it's not going to take you far, considering the scenarios don't follow them. Unrealistic scenarios, unrealistic expectations. They are not veteran friendly, unless you're a pilot. Apparently military flight paramedics with FPC and CCT certifications still equate to you being incompetent with no experience. It takes weeks to hear back if you got the job, with no feedback at all. It's a generic "thanks but no thanks. We hired internally" email.

Question 1
Unrealistic medical scenarios. Adult medical, adult trauma, and a pediatric case. You don't have access to any of the equipment you need, your partner is preoccupied, and you are left to figure out how to treat someone without diagnostic capabilities.
I applied online. I interviewed at Air Methods in Jul 2023
Interview
First i had a meet and greet with recruiter. Then i took the the critical care test and had interview. Test was pretty much the same as critical care test.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Air Methods in Jan 2023
Interview
Apply online, recruiter will review your application and if you meet the minimum requirements you will get contacted to take the written exam. It is somewhat challenging but easily passable. If you are studying already for your FP-C or CFRN you will be just fine, it is way easier than those exams. If you pass you will do a clinical interview. After that, background check, health physical, and eventually go to Denver.

Question 1
Typical interview questions. Clinical scenarios, and those types of questions where they ask you to talk about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Methods (Mobile, AL) in Jun 2022
Interview
There is an online test proctored remotely. The test is around 50 questions that range from basic paramedic to critical care concepts. Next is a zoom type (teams) call and clinical skills interview. They give you a patient and scenario and you try to fix them. There is usually a pediatric, trauma, and medical scenario.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your experience. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decisions.
