The interview process consisted of a written test, then if passed, a zoom interview with clinical scenarios/HR style questions. The interview went well I felt, was told I did well on the clinical portion as well. When asked when I would hear back, I was told 72 hours and if I hadn't heard anything, to reach out to the recruiter. That's where things went down hill. I had to email my recruiter several times without response. Finally, after almost a month post interview, I emailed the regional manager to get a response. Suddenly the recruiter is reaching out to me. They filled the position internally the week after I interviewed. I understand that. The fact that there was no communication to at least tell me I was no longer in consideration for the position was rather frustrating.

Question 1
How do you manage and cope with bad days in the field?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Air Methods (Kennesaw, GA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Three part process. First was an interview with a recruiter to check the minimum requirements box. Second was the critical care test, once passed you are invited to a third interview with base leadership. I applied for a part time position and was convinced by the recruiter to apply for another base full time just to find out the position was filled internally a couple days later. Finished the process for the PT and had to email multiple times to get any update. Recruiter apologized. No offer was given which I understand someone was probably more qualified, but better comms would have been appreciated.
