Lengthy and untraditional interview process consisting of generalized screening, proctored online critical care exam, x3 trauma/medical scenarios via zoom, and lastly a basic interview. All flowed well and everything was scheduled promptly. Took 2 weeks after everything to get a offer. Everything was stressful but a good overall experience. It's needed to weed out the less competent.

Pre interview written test, then an over the phone unannounced rapid fire scenario quiz, face to face zoom interview with area supervisors. Interview process is difficult but a very good experience.

First a written test, if you pass the written you are scheduled for a zoom interview. Also received a surprise phone call with scenarios, zoom interview with more scenarios and typical interview questions. Very intense process, but a great learning experience.
