The whole process was very fast, I got in contact with the design manager through linkedIn asking about new opportunities in the company, coincidently a new role for product design was about to be open to join the monetization team, rapidly I was encouraged by the design manager to get in contact with the HR department since they had interviewed me in the past and knew my job.
The first step was with the HR department just making a double check on the previous answers, and asking a few new ones specific about the monetization role, in the end of the interview a test/assessment was sent to me, meant to be submitted in 72 hours, on the delivery day the design manager started to analyse soon after I delivered and in a couple of minutes I got an email informing me they were moving forward to the next phase, the interview with the manager.
The interview was pretty light, I walked him through my processes and explained my reasons. On the next couple of days I was invited to the people interview with the CEO and People Development department, on this stage they shared some real designs existent on the market with me, and I was challenged on explain the goods and bad decisions, why they could work well or not, what I would change and why... after this moment we start the People development session, a very interesting moment when we laughed replying some trigged questions and we could do some philosophic stuff all of them to understanding me better and create a "profile" of me.
Over the weekend the email with a job offer had arrived. As said in the beginning, the whole process was very fast, and light, everyone was great and got me relaxed.
