The interview was fairly casual and informative. I was pretty excited about the technology and the company history until the actual interview. They do a skills test based on your ability to map and landmark places on Google Maps. If you have a good sense of direction, this is easy. So, I passed the "test" and was invited to interview while the interviewer played the client (sight impaired). He had a very bad connection on his cell phone so the role play was very difficult, freezing and dropping service. I also didn't know the proper name of the bumps on the ground at sidewalks (tactile patterns). Needless to say, it came off as very unprofessional and he was basically unsympathetic to my not being able to complete the "test" because of his poor cell connection. I was not hired. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they have polished their interviewing processes to a more professional standard.
