The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aira (La Jolla, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The account executive interview consisted of 3 phone screens, 3 total face to face (director of sales & marketing, COO and CEO), and 1 presentation. I personally found the process to be very effective. When all said and done, I believe that both parties felt very comfortable with each one another as the focus was not solely on whether or not I was a good fit for Aira, but also that Aira was a good fit for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was not initially expecting to make a mock sales presentation and was not looking forward to it. However, we ended up having a lot of fun with it and understand now how beneficial it was for both parties to get the opportunity to get to know each other. The feedback they provided was helpful in understanding exactly what they were looking for.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aira (La Jolla, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The process was extremely organized and efficient. I initially spoke with the HR Manager who had read my resume and wanted to chat further. After our initial phone interview, I met with the Director of Sales and then the CO in person. I then did an in office sales presentation and finally met one on one with the CEO. The offer was made quickly thereafter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked about my sales and leadership style and whether I had read several publications relevant to their sales philosophy. I loved the way she shared the company's vision and profiled some of their leadership team for me. It was truly a give and take...awesome interviewing process all the way around.
