I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aira (Fort Collins, CO) in Sep 2018
Interview
I completed an online assessment, and some time later was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with two members of management. We talked about Aira, why I thought I would be a good fit for the job, etc. I then answered a call using the Agent Dashboard (one of the interviewers called in to simulate). I think this is so they could get an idea for how naturally using the Dashboard did or didn't come to me. I don't think I did a particularly good job with the task, but I'm pretty sure this isn't what they were looking for in an interview :)

Interview
The interview process was fully remote. After I submitted an application online, I participated in a virtual interview with questions about my strengths and weaknesses, past experience, and general personality. I actually left the interview feeling as though I didn't do well, but the following day I got an offer!

The interview process was completed on Google Meet. The interviewer asked standard short interview questions. Then, for the navigational portion, I was asked to share my screen with Google Maps. The first question was easy but for the last 2, I overthought them and completely fumbled my answers. I asked the interviewer a few questions at the end. I interviewed on a Wednesday, and was told I would hear back earliest by Friday if not by Monday regardless if I was being offered the positiion. I never received any communication, even to say they have moved on with other candidates.
I interviewed online and was asked questions about myself and how I would be a good fit for the job. After that, the interviewer asked questions from a simulation to see if we could do everyday tasks that pertain to the job.
