The interview was very interactive... the made you look up directions from point A to B, then they showed you a picture of a street corner. You had to figure out exactly where the photo was taken, and which way a person would be facing.

First of all you go through email and phone communications, then two phone interviews, cognitive test and then a simulation using their software. Must be fast and accurate to pass.
